Size guide and return policy
Standard shipping in included in all domestic orders and a flat shipping rate of $25 AUD applies to all international orders. As all orders are made especialy for you, we ask for you patience as we have your order custom made locally. If there is a delay of more than 3 days we will be in contact with you to make you aware. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All BY SAMANTHA products are proudly made in Melbourne by skilled machinists. We source all our fabrics locally and make all the garments sustainably for minimal wastage and low environmental impact. As our dresses are all custom made to your choice of variations and lengths, we do not refund orders. But if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we are happy to discuss a return for an exchange or store credit.
The following conditions apply:
Returns / exchanges
Exchanges: We do not offer a free returns/exchange service. Any returns must be made at your own cost and you must obtain and retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to By Samantha. We strongly recommend using registered or pre-paid post bags to ensure you obtain a tracking number as we cannot refund or issue credit notes for lost items
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition it was dispatched to you in
Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order, items requested for return or exchange after this space of time will not be exchanged
As we will need to resell the returned product, we will not accept any custom orders that have been made with a short skirt and sleeveless or short shirt with ¾ sleeves
By Samantha reserves the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns policy
Exchanges must be returned with a reply-paid parcel then once received we will ship out your alternative items as you wish
Please allow 10 working days for exchanges and returns to be processed
If you receive a faulty item, please get in touch with us and return the item within 28 days of receipt of the item to receive a replacement
If you receive a faulty item, please make us aware as soon as possible . Once communication has been received the item must be returned within 28 days of sale date of the item to receive a replacement
As we offer a custom product, we do not offer change of mind refunds as stated in the VIC legislation https://www.consumer.vic.gov.

Refunds are not available on sale items including purchases were a sale discount has been used
Our dresses are made with super stretchy Jersey fabric, we suggest using out size guide as a starting point. The fit of our dresses come down to your bust size.
Here is our fail-safe rule of thumb sizing tip:
Firstly, do you fluctuate between two sizes? If so , we suggest that if you're a bust cup size between A-D then the smaller size you wear is the better fit. Or if you're a bust cup of DD- higher, please chose the higher size you usually wear so that you have good bust coverage.
