SIZE GUIDE

Stretch jersey offers ample sizing flexibility, and we recommend opting for the smaller size if you're between two. We're happy to exchange for the correct size if needed. If you're unsure, contact us at hellobysamantha@gmail.com or via Facebook for assistance.

For a fail-safe sizing tip: If you fluctuate between sizes, focus on your bust. If you're between A-D cup sizes, the smaller size may provide a better fit.

For DD cup sizes or higher, opt for the larger size for adequate bust coverage.

- Domestic orders enjoy complimentary standard shipping, while a flat rate of $25AUD applies to international orders.

Return and Exchange Policy:
- All BY SAMANTHA products are proudly crafted in Melbourne with sustainable practices to minimize waste and environmental impact. Refunds are not offered, but exchanges are available if you're not fully satisfied, along with store credits for future exchanges.

Exchanges:
- Contact us at hello@bysamantha.net to arrange your exchange. You are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide proof of postage. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned within 14 days. Exchanges are processed within 10 working days. Afterpay refunds are subject to processing fees.

Refunds:
- Notify us at hellobysamantha@gmail.com of any faulty items promptly. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days for a replacement or refund. Refunds are not available for sale items or change of mind.

Discount Codes/Store Credits:
- Store credits and sale codes cannot be combined. Discount codes must be applied at the time of sale and cannot be applied retroactively.

Once communication has been received, the item must be returned within 14 days from the date of contact to receive a replacement or refund.

Please note faulty items that have been worn will not be accepted.

We do not offer change of mind refunds as stated in the VIC legislation https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/products-and-services/business-practices/store-policies/change-of-mind

Refunds are not available on items that were purchased on sale including purchases were a sale discount has been used
AFTERPAY: Please be aware that if a refund is decided upon where Afterpay is utilised, the refund amount returned to the customer is less the Afterpay processing fees.

Discount codes / store credits :

As of August 2021, we no longer apply / combine a store credit and sale code together, these two functions can only be used individually and not in conjunction.
