I’ve placed an order but I made a mistake or changed my mind. How can I change or cancel my order?

We can’t change any information on an existing order once it has already been processed for shipment. This includes details like your shipping address, billing information, item, size or quantity. We also cannot cancel orders after they have been processed for shipment.
If you haven’t received your Shipping Confirmation email, we may be able to process a change. Please contact us as soon as possible and let us know the issue, we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request.

What do I do if a size / item I want to purchase is out of stock?

Under each out of stock product we have "notify me" button - you can sign up and be notified for a restock via email.

What happens if you run out of stock of an item I’ve already ordered?

In rare cases when an item runs out of stock after your order is placed, we’ll refund you or give you credits to use on our website for your next purchase. We make every effort to ensure inventory is accurate to avoid this happening. Note that if we don’t get a response from you within 5 business days, we reserve the right to refund your order in full.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Standard shipping is complimentary for all domestic orders and a flat shipping rate of $25AUD applies to all international orders.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

When will my order ship?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of purchase. (not including weekends).

*Please allow extra time during public holidays and large sale periods.

Shipping and delivery dates aren’t guaranteed unless otherwise noted. The timelines of pre-orders are mentioned in the description of each pre-order item. If we experience any kind of delay in our production run or due to sale periods (EOFY, Black Friday, Christmas time), we'll contact you about shipping delays.

Rule of thumb:


Standard orders: 2-6 business days after time of dispatch for delivery.

Express orders: 1-3 business days after time of dispatch for delivery.


5-15 business (depending on country) days after time of dispatch for delivery

There seems to be a delay with the delivery of my order. How can I find out more information?

You can track your order using your tracking number that is included in your Shipping Confirmation email.
If there are delivery issues we'll do what we can to help you receive your order as soon as possible however By Samantha Melbourne is not responsible for deliveries once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Should you experience delays or issues with your delivery after you’ve received your Shipping Confirmation email, we recommend you contact Australia Post and quote your unique tracking number.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order. Shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.


Can I exchange or return my item?

We do not offer refunds, however we will offer an exchange if you are not 100% satisfied with your selection.

Additionally, we also offer store credits for your purchase if you prefer to exchange at a later time.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
